Kiehl’s Creme de Corps

Posted on

The only body moisturiser LPB buys in ” family size ” pack, again & again.

Creme de Corps, the classic, uber-hydrating moisturizer from Kiehl’s, is getting a pretty new package for the holidays.

The skincare and beauty company has launched its second collaboration with artist Jeff Koons — a limited-edition Creme de Corps holiday collection featuring artwork from Koons’ “Tulips” painting.

This newly packaged products boast a charitable mission. All of the worldwide profits from the collection — up to $200,000 — will benefit the Koons Family Institute, an initiative of the International Centre for Missing and Exploited Children.

The special collection also includes the newest addition to the line’s products — the Creme de Corps Soy Milk & Honey Whipped Body Butter, an ultra-light body treatment with shea butter, squalane jojoba butter and beta carotene.

Creme de Corps : Considered the most hydrating, rich body moisturizer in the Kiehl’s line, this super-enriched, nurturing body treatment is formulated with Beta-Carotene, Squalane and nurturing oils derived from Sesame Seeds, Soybeans, Almonds and Avocados; ideal for extremely dry skin; leaves skin soft, smooth and elegantly hydrated.

It sinks in really easily despite the rich texture; A small amount goes a long way and there’s no fragrance, so this is ideal if you don’t like your body lotion to clash with your perfume.

I love the texture and custardy colour of this cream; Creamy goodness for weather battled skin. This cream delivers. My skin feels and looks really soft immediately after using it.

The instructions suggest you wait several minutes before dressing, but I find it actually sinks in rather quickly so there’s no need for me to remains naked for longer than necessary.

A cult product by Kiehl’s, a lifesaver for LPB.
