NARS Taj Mahal

Posted on

NARS Taj Mahal is a unique shade, where colour, texture and finish leaves you speechless. A gorgeous, burnt orange with golden shimmer, it gives cheeks an amazing sun kissed glow and really warms up your complexion.

It appears intimidating in the pan, but Taj Mahal is extremely wearable. It is extremely pigmented, so you need to build up colour slowly. Warm toned, tanned and dark skinned individual will appreciates this dynamic coral hue; paler complexion may requires a light hand & plenty of delicate blending.

The texture of the blush is soft and fine. Taj Mahal is true to its color. It does not turns red, pink, peach or for that matter to any other color on blending. It blends in well and lasts for long hours.

The blush looks stunning in the evenings! The gold toned shimmers are extremely refined that the glow imparted is breathe taking.

I love Taj Mahal as the shade is so unique ( vibrant tangerine with golden bronze micro shimmers ) and its pigmentation really pays off well. It’s just one of its kind. I apply this with M.A.C stippling brush ( this gives better control of the amount of blush picked up and thus sheerer application ). I am currently wearing this with Chanel’s rouge allure Genie ( lipstick/gloss or both )

Don’t be afraid of Taj Mahal, check out Strawberry mochi‘s review & FOTD of this tangerine beauty.
