M.A.C. Mineralized SPF 15 Foundation

Minerals are the foundation for all living things. By combining minerals and water, Mineralize SPF 15 Foundation forms a luxurious cream compact with uniquely texture, buildable coverage that delivers immediate hydration while revitalizing the complexion.

Mineralize SPF 15 Foundation has an innovative gel based system that provides extreme comfort and cushioning effect upon application. The gel incorporates high water content (30.5%) with polymers and coated pigments for a silky smooth, long wearing ( up to 8 hours ) finish. Due the instant hydration surge, Mineralize SPF 15 Foundation also helps to immediately reduce the appearance of pores and provides skin a refreshing, cooling sensation.

Furthermore, a blend of lightweight oils creates a creamy, comfortable sensation over the skin. This innovative wax-free structure moisturises the skin, while light diffusing optics minimises the visibility of pores and imperfections for a flawless complexion.

Flawless skin is achievable with its breakthrough formula :

– A special blend of 77 minerals that have been bio-fermented into a yeast extract and M.A.C. multi-mineral complex IV; a water-based solution of Potassium, Magnesium, Sodium and Zinc, work together to help nurture skin.

– Beta Vulgaris (Beet) Root extract, Haberlea Rhodopensis Leaf extract, and Faex (Yeast) extract help moisturize and energise the skin.

I applied this product in brisk strokes with my foundation brushes. Coverage is medium yet buildable. This foundation yields a very dewy, fresh finish. It is not matte, but wouldn’t leaves shiny residues or greasy patches on my skin.

A very economical, user friendly, portable, skin caring foundation. NC30 is my shade. Shame it hasn’t got UVA protection.

  1. They ought to have done a better job on that first picture ad… that woman’s complexion looks like rat pudding! I mean, it’s GREY! Not really the best kind of promotion, especially for a foundation. Then again, if I think of the Eaudemoiselle ad – this ‘Don’t-I’look-cute-dead?’ look seems to be very fashionable now. What would Miss Havisham say about this?… Let’s cut some rotten bride’s cake and have a sip of century-old tea and talk about our latest date with Dracula. Cool.
