You could decide whether this kind of customer service is worth your custom.

I had made 4 purchases with this online retailer recently, 2 of the purchases went on smoothly ( goods shipped ) but the last 2, yeap, those free gift with purchase orders are pretty much fucked up……

Here’re the actual emails I got:

I couldn’t stop wondering why those transections with free gifts got cancelled; I mean I could tolerate a retailer that dispatch goods after 3-5 days the orders being placed ( Yeah, a company in UK takes that long to dispatch, while strawberrynet had my goods delivered within 4 working days, from HK ! ), but these had gone too far……
